Clients needing university photography need to submit a request via the Photo Services Request form.

Requests for photography should come from University Relations communicators or affiliated communicators. As we weigh incoming photo requests, our focus is on supporting Advancement and university-level priorities and top-level platforms such as VT News, generating images that have the potential to reach a range of audiences and be repurposed.

In the event that we can't accommodate a request, InnovationSpace in Torgersen Hall loans out high-quality cameras and equipment at no cost. Additionally, local freelance photographers are available, and the University Relations photo library contains more than 100,000 images that are available for use.
