Marketing and Publications strives to ensure all print, radio, Web, and television advertising is consistent with the message and visual standards of the university. Virginia Tech advertising – regardless of medium – that will include graphic representation of the university or will use university trademarks must be approved by University Relations.
The university must be identified by the use of the official registered mark ® university logo in all advertisements placed by the university and its campuses and units. All graphic elements included in any advertising must conform to the standards set forth in the university’s visual identity guidelines.
