These figures, compiled by Institutional Research & Effectiveness, include summer through spring figures for each academic year. Column A indicates number of associate degrees, first awarded in 1974 in Engineering Technology; program ended before 1988 (no figures available); Agricultural Technology started in 1987 with first graduates in 1989. Column B indicates number of bachelors’ degrees (does not include double majors). Column M indicates number of masters’ degrees. Column P indicates number of Ph.Ds. Column E indicates number of doctor of education degrees (Ed.Ds), first awarded in 1973. Column VM indicates number of doctor of veterinary medicine degrees (DVMs), first awarded by the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1984, although four related graduate degrees were given earlier.
