Bruce Harper is the department's Web developer and senior Web administrator. He is responsible for a number of projects that involve PHP, MySQL, special sites and pages, and support for the programs and sites that manage the Virginia Tech News e-mails and the University Relations photo library. He has held the title of Virginia Tech Webmaster since almost the inception of the Virginia Tech website.
