Video: Dining Services

The transformation of Dining Services into a nationally respected and decorated operation began in the early 1990s when Virginia Tech adopted a student-centered approach to campus dining focused on quality, execution, industry trends, and student requests.

Dining Services became a powerhouse, not only benchmarked by more than 50 colleges and businesses nationwide but also ranked No. 1 for "Best Campus Food" in both the 2008 and the 2010 editions of The Princeton Review.

The rankings are calculated from polls completed by students. Not surprisingly, current Hokies routinely report high overall satisfaction with the university's dining and praise the food available on campus for its variety and taste.
